19th Century Reproduction Brass Shaving Cup
This field style of shaving cup is copied from a 19th century original.  It is a unique design including a saddle box for the shaving brush.  No self respecting voyageur or mountain man would enter the settlements, an Indian village or a
rendezvous before topping to attend to his personal appearance.  A shaving kit was important part of his gear and his brass shaving cup bespoke his wealth.  Leading his fur laden mule, clean shaven in his best apparel, his success and prosperity are the envy of lesser men.
Brass cup is tin lined while the saddle box is brass only.     Shaving Cup w/attached Box ........ $42.00 + S&H.
